I presented two sessions at the Ohio Music Educators Association conference in Columbus, OH on February 7th, 2014. In the first session, Make Your Own Music Software – An Introduction to Max, I showed participants example of applications created with Max and the basics of graphical programming. The second, Expressive Performance with the iPad – Creativity is possible, demonstrated several iPad apps for musical performance. Apps were selected for their “expressive” abilities – real-time vibrato, filtering, velocity, etc. Visit the Software page to download some of the applications.
